
徐玉,博士,特聘副教授,硕士生导师。主要从事食品功能因子稳态化体系构建及其营养增效机制研究。近年来以第一作者的身份在Biomaterials,ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces,Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Food & Function以及International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等国际权威期刊发表SCI论文10余篇,获2023年度辽宁省自然科学学术成果奖。
